Worth knowing before you buy
This is a starting point, not a quote.
We're a Microsoft Solutions Partner, so we buy through CSP where promotions regularly land well below Microsoft's list prices. We'll also look at what you're already paying for and aren't using — which is usually where the first saving is.
Prices are Microsoft's published Australian list prices as at 17 September 2026, per user per month, excluding GST. These are Microsoft’s public list prices. Most of this is bought through CSP, where partner promotions regularly land well below list. Treat the total as a ceiling, not a quote.
Licensing is the boring half of the saving.
The other half is the stuff nobody looks at — licences still assigned to people who left, month-to-month billing on permanent staff, and features you're paying for twice. It's part of the free IT review.
